Sometimes we get lucky and get invited out for an afternoon on the water- in what we think are the best kind of boats- the non motorized kind.
Sure, pop culture makes it seem so luxurious to be on a yacht popping bottles of Chandon. But we’d personally much rather work up a sweat and get those muscles moving so we can enjoy our spiked beverages (almost) guilt free.
Krystle worked her quads, hamstrings and calves on her paddle boat adventure, and got so enthralled she didn’t take any pics of herself out enjoying the water.
Amanda got to work more of her upper body while kayaking, with the added bonus of a core burn trying her best to stay balanced and not capsize in the weeds of Lake Scugog.
With so many options of non-motorized water sports, it’s easy to get out and enjoy the summer and get a little fitness in!
